How to skip " android is starting...optimizing app 1 of 547" after flashing an update? (self.cyanogenmod 30 minutes seems to be too long for optimization. any chance of reducing the time atleast. the brightness changes according to ambient light levels once you are done with last app optimization and when it says "android is starting up. Take 2: tried full factory reset i get a quick android is upgrading, starting apps just for a sec though after each reboot. installed 17 old apps i had backed up on my sd card to test. rebooted and i get android is optimizing 100 of 116 rebooted several times with the same message. appears that even after a full factory reset i still have the. "android is upgrading, and afterwards it came optimizing application 1 of 158", later came as starting apps then tecno will come and the upgrading starts again for more than 24 hours. i need a solution to stop it and have access to the phone. i cant do anything with the phone so please give me the right solution.

In android n, you’ll be able to install apps faster than ever and also install system updates without slapping the blended cocktail out of the “optimizing apps…” screen.. I rebooted again and now it says, 'optimizing app 1 of 1' but it seems it will take a long time again. edit 2: it has taken exactly 60 minutes to simply reboot without any changes. all apps/data are still present with 18% battery discharge.. "android is starting" "optimizing app x of xxx" i know this should happen once after an upgrade, but it seems to be happening every few re-boots of the phone now..
